Small and brrrrr

Super high tide, itty itty bitty surf and cold air. What the heck I'm I doing to here? Was it this morning's sunrise?

Nope, but it was a bonus. I figured I'd show up a little early and Stand Up Paddle Surf a couple itty bittys before Rainbow Sandals an the gang show up. They are having a photo shoot for this year's King and Queen of Dogpatch.

Ku Hoe He'e Nalu or Stand Up Paddle Surfing, also referred to on the Hawaiian islands as "Beach Boy Surfing", is the fastest growing segment of surfing today. Taking off in the waters of Hawai'i, watermen and water-wahines have evolved back to this ancient and soulful style of surfing. As the popularity of this sport expands all across the globe the hope is to educate and correctly promote this Hawaiian Sport of the Kings and the true spirit that drives it.
